Short version: you buy a license for 2 macs, i collect nothing about you, and if it doesn't work you get your money back within 14 days.

Privacy

VPNonly collects nothing. there's no account, no telemetry, no analytics in the app, and no server of mine between you and the internet.

• your wireguard key stays on your mac, readable only by you, and is never sent anywhere except to your own vpn provider.
• vpnonly doesn't inspect, log or route your traffic. it tells macos which apps go through a tunnel — the traffic itself goes to your vpn provider, same as with their own client.
• the app contacts my side for exactly two things: activating your license key once, and checking for a newer version. neither sends anything about you or what you do.
• your vpn provider has its own privacy policy covering traffic that reaches them. that's between you and them.

this website counts page views with no cookies and no personal data. payments go through dodo payments, who handle your billing details under their policy — i never see your card.

Your license

buying vpnonly gives you a personal, perpetual license to run the app on up to 2 macs you own or control, including all 1.x updates. please don't resell or redistribute the app. the version you bought is yours forever — a license never expires.

the command-line engine underneath is separate: mit licensed, free for anyone, and nothing here restricts it.

Refunds

if it doesn't work on your setup, or just isn't what you expected, email kanishk@armoury.in within 14 days and i'll refund you in full. refunded licenses get deactivated.

What it does and doesn't promise

vpnonly is a routing tool, not a security guarantee. it's provided as is, without warranty. it does what the how it works page says, including the limitations listed there — in particular, dns lookups for tunneled apps currently use your system resolver. if your safety depends on anonymity, use something built for that, like tor, not a per-app router.

liability is limited to what you paid for the license.

Third-party software

VPNonly bundles two unmodified WireGuard programs: wireguard-go (MIT) and wg from wireguard-tools (GPL-2.0-only). Notices, versions, source links and a written offer for the GPL source are in third-party-notices.txt. VPNonly is not affiliated with the WireGuard project or with any VPN provider.
